Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a growing company in Amarillo! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow their skills in a supportive office setting.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be helping healthcare providers understand and resolve overpayment issues on insurance claims. This position involves mostly outbound calls and requires good communication, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge. If you're a problem solver who enjoys working in a team and learning new things, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contacting medical, dental, and long-term care providers about possible insurance overpayments
• Documenting information accurately in the system and handling basic administrative tasks
• Working with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
• Following established procedures and being open to feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong computer skills – comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized, work independently, and manage multiple tasks
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with insurance, billing, or healthcare claims
• Previous call center or office experience
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid/Medical or Dental billing

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5

Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hr
