Salary: $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist for a wholesale nursery located in East Amherst, NY!

 

This is a seasonal opportunity lasting April through December each season.

 

Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm

Payrate: $20/hr

 

Job Description/Duties:

• Daily balancing of cash drawers and preparing the bank deposits
• Utilize Sage and Counterpoint
• Process and enter all "on account/charge" invoices
• Prepare mid monthly aging reports and monthly statements
• Correspond with customers via phone and email with account and/or billing questions
• Process credit applications
• Create and process general ledger debit and credit memos as applicable
• Update customer information files and file forms
• File and/or scan as applicable (customer applications, credit references, etc.)
• Collect mail daily

Additional Duties may include:

• Shredding and filing
• Cleaning office as needed
• Serve as backup to Accounts Payable clerk as needed
• Other tasks/duties as assigned by manager
