Hiring a full time Sales Representative in the Lafayette, Louisiana Area.

A local supply company is looking for a sales person to assists customers in product and service selections. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development of sales plans
• Identify and contact potential customers and generate promising leads
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Follow up with delinquent accounts and collect receivables
• Remain current on industry trends, sales techniques and product development 
• Prepare and submit pricing and quotes in a timely manner
• Prepare reports as needed (sales and activity)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns with they arise
• Keep an accurate activity and sales log 
• Manage inventory and restock when necessary

Requirements and preferences

• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques
• Valid Louisiana Drivers License
• Minimum 3 years of experience with B2B sales
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Experience with cold calling

 

Salary is starting at $32,500 DOE
Monday – Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
