Salary: Up to $80K DOE

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Shipping & Receiving Supervisor for a technology manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. This is a working supervisor role that blends leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in warehouse operations, requiring strong logistics experience, team leadership skills, and a focus on timely, accurate order fulfillment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff of 3 to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
• Support day-to-day operations by performing hands-on tasks such as pick/pack/ship, receiving, and stockroom organization.
• Create and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Management) regarding shipment statuses and priorities.
• Ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Provide employee performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Interact with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and manage transportation logistics.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (SAP preferred)
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.

This is a Direct Hire position. The hours are Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM with flexibility in schedule. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 DOE.
