Company description

A local municipal truck center in the Greenville area is looking for a full time mechanical technician to assemble and weld equipment on commercial trucks. 

Responsibilities:

• Must have 2-3 years of mechanical experience 
• Must have some welding experience
• Must have some torch experience 
• Ability to learn how to mount equipment to commercial trucks 
• Ability to communicate with engineering department 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and instructions 
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment and alerting maintenance of potential mechanical problems 
• Ability to work in a group environment
• Ability to assist other departments as needed 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

Pay:

$20 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am to 4pm
