Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting SMT Operators for a fast-growing Electrical manufacturing company located in Aliso Viejo.

 

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime

Pay: Up to $30/Hr. DOE

 

Responsibility:

·         Set up machines and operate SMT Machinery

·         Perform loading and unloading to and from the machine independently.

·         Set up the feeder to machine per set up.

·         Perform the simple machine changeover.

·         Troubleshoot/ program if needed

·         Make sure all process tools, stencils, or fixtures are in-house before starting the set-up process.

·         Touch-up soldering and repair work of defects generated by the machine.

·         Ensure the assembled product meets compliance standards.

·         Inspection on parts

 

Requirements:

·         SMT Machine operator exp!!

·         Great verbal and written communication
