Express Employment is seeking a Mail Room Operator for a Printing company in Davenport, IA!

Responsibilities of the Mail Room Operator :

• Utilize computers to manage mailing lists and perform data entry tasks using Excel.
• Operate a booklet maker machine to assemble printed materials.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support mail room and warehouse operations.

Requirements of the Mail Room Operator :

• Previous experience in a warehouse, mail room, or other hands-on work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing between 30–50 lbs or more as needed.

Compensation & Schedule for the Mail Room Operator :

• Full-time position.
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, scheduled between 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour.
