Welder/Fitter/Fabricator

Salary: $27.00-$32.00

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our client in the Burlington area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitting, reading blueprints and TIG welding.

Monday-Friday DAY Shift

$27-$32/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Assemble and fit metal components using various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, grinding, and finishing metal parts.
• Rig materials for lifting using cranes or other equipment as necessary.
• Ensure all welds are completed to industry standards and perform quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• 2+ Years of Welder/Fitter experience with TIG welding
• Must have CWB tickets
• Must have a verifiable reference
