About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. As an Assembly Line Worker, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure our products meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products on a fast-paced production line

• Follow work instructions and safety protocols

• Inspect components for defects and quality assurance

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] as needed

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends when required

• Must adhere to strict attendance policy – punctuality and reliability are a must
