Shop Hand-Fabrication Shop
Lafayette, LA | Full-Time | $14-16/Hr. DOE
Local fabrication shop seeking a Shop Hand with fabrication shop experience.
Job Duties:
Read tape measure and follow directions
General shop cleaning and material handling, cut material using saws, grind using hand grinders
Drill holes using hand drills and magnetic drills, Assist fitters during fabrication
Load and unload materials, occasional painting as needed
Requirements:
Prior fabrication shop experience required
Experience with grinders, drills, and basic shop tools
Forklift experience a plus
Able to work long hours in a shop environment
