Responsibilities:

•  Enter jobs that are submitted by email, phone, and in person.
•  Monitor job progression
•  Maintain strong relationships with customers
•  Work very closely with salesmen and production staff as a team to complete print projects
•  Collect Payments
•  Answer phones
•  Data Entry

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational skills, superior customer service, good attitude, ability to learn new tasks quickly, team player, knowledge of the print industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have good grammar skills, good handwriting, and be comfortable writing thank you letters.
