A well-established company in Lakewood, CO, with over 30 years of industry leadership, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. They are a successful local auto-repair shop specializing in great service and reasonable costs. If you are a dedicated individual with bookkeeping, HR, and administrative experience, this could be the right fit for you!

What You'll Do:

 As an Office Manager, you will:

  • Complete bookkeeping, HR duties, vendor management, and supply inventory.
  • Manage office operations efficiently and successfully, avoiding preventing growth of the company.
  • Work closely with other staff and teams to meet production goals.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
  • Play an essential role in keeping production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Team-minded, determined, innovative, efficient.
  • Familiar with Quickbooks and payroll.
  • Capable of safely lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A strong commitment to your role and consistent attendance.

Highlights:

  • Integral role within the organization, variety of duties so no day is the same
  • Office dogs!
  • Approx 13 employees other than the owner and office manager. Not a lot of employee oversight, but involved with employees regularly.
  • DL Required - will need this for supplies and other office needs.
  • Benefits: Holiday: 6 Major Paid holidays
