Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $40,000/year

Job Duties:
Taking payments and answering customer inquiries.

Filing, greeting customers, and providing updates.

Handling service admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Previous customer service and office experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred:
Property and Casualty license (a plus but not required).

Software:
Microsoft Office, Google, Outlook, and agency systems.
