Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter to produce high-quality die-cut products. You will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and promoting workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter according to job specifications
• Perform quality checks and adjustments to maintain product standards
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and troubleshoot as needed
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter (or similar die-cutting equipment)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
