 Skills:

• Mechanical inclination and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use and read a tape measure.
• Proficiency in telephone etiquette and basic computer skills.
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and repetitively handle loads of 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to ask questions to determine the root cause of issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Counter Sales

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional support, guiding them through the inquiry to order fulfillment process.
• Address customer queries in person and over the phone, sharing expertise on our range of products and their applications.
• Troubleshoot product issues and determine if they can be resolved.
• Take payment for services and purchased products.
• Answered phone calls and provided over-the-phone customer service.
• Accurately perform data entry.

Warehouse Work

• Prepare and fulfill orders for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Measure and cut products to specified sizes for custom orders.
• Manage stock orders for inter-store transfers.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory numbers.
• Maintain store and warehouse organization by restocking shelves and ensuring cleanliness.
• Keep the warehouse clean by sweeping, emptying trash and recycling bins.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Valid driver’s license and insurable
