Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm, weekdays

Job Description: Hawaii's Best Workplace is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to coordinate the production and underwriting of commercial accounts with represented carriers. You will provide technical support to Agents, maintain client contact for coverages and policy changes, and deliver efficient service to designated accounts to support Producer activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all incoming mail accordingly.
• Discuss and analyze risk with agents for new business underwriting.
• Review quotes, prepare necessary paperwork, and proposals for client presentations.
• Prepare all necessary items/paperwork for bound or renewed accounts.
• Maintain working knowledge of company procedures, rating products, and compliance with policies.

 

Qualifications:

• College degree or high school diploma
• 2 – 3 years of experience in industry
• Hawaii Property-Casualty insurance license or obtain within 3 months of hire
