Maintenance Technician W/ HVAC

Job description:

Express employment is looking for Maintenance Technicians for local Nashville properties. HVAC background is welcome! 

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Some HVAC tech experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• HVAC Certification not required, but strongly recommended
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must have own tools

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00hr
