Concrete Wall Setter

Located in Fond Du Lac, WI

Salary: $20.00 /HR

Location: Fond Du Lac, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 /HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and align concrete wall forms (experience with aluminum forms is a plus)

• Secure formwork using stakes, ties, clamps, and other tools

• Assist in pouring and finishing concrete into forms

• Read and follow blueprints or construction drawings to determine layout

• Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly aligned

• Dismantle, clean, and maintain forms after use

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Support the team with general construction site labor tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of concrete labor, construction, or form setting experience preferred

• Valid Drivers License Required

• Familiarity with aluminum wall forms a bonus

• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and all weather conditions

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

• Dependable, hardworking, and a team player

• Basic ability to read tape measures and layout drawings
