Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and applications through job boards like Indeed

• Call and schedule phone screens with qualified candidates

• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit and experience

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings for the leadership team

• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Assist in training initiatives and orientation for new team members

• Handle various HR administrative duties as assigned
