As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for:
Providing quotes and writing policies for existing clients
Conducting needs-based policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions
Strengthening relationships with current clients through outstanding service and personalized support
Identifying and pursuing cross-sell opportunities for financial services and additional insurance products
Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims
Creating a positive and memorable experience with every client interaction
