We're looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate / Order Filler to be a key part of our distribution center operations.

Whether you're picking orders, loading trucks, or managing inventory, every task you complete supports craft brewers across the globe. This is an entry-level role with room to grow—perfect for someone who wants to learn and work hard in a team-driven environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and pick customer orders per specific requirements

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (forklift experience is a must!)

• Lift, move, and stack bags weighing 55–75 lbs. repeatedly

• Prepare, label, and pack shipments accurately for delivery

• Perform inventory control duties including cycle counts and stock rotation

• Check product lot numbers, expiration dates, and manage damaged/expired inventory

• Assist in shipping and receiving full truckloads

• Maintain cleanliness and follow the sanitation schedule

• Monitor and enforce food safety standards and no-smoking policies

• Wear PPE including dust masks and steel toe boots as required

✅ What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Prior warehouse experience preferred (1–3 months)

• Ability to lift 55–75 lbs. regularly

• Solid attention to detail with a team-player attitude

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work in a dusty environment

• Experience using RF scanners and maintaining stock inventory
