We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our properties in top shape by completing unit turns, responding to maintenance requests, and performing routine property upkeep. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general work orders and repairs across multiple residential properties

• Troubleshoot and fix appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work

• Assist with unit turns, ensuring everything is in working order for new tenants

• Maintain exterior grounds including mowing and snow removal

• Handle basic building repairs (drywall, painting, door adjustments, etc.)

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance, carpentry, construction, or HVAC

• Strong working knowledge of appliances and general maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)

• Valid driver's license — a company vehicle will be provided for travel between properties

• Reliable, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
