We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator (Temporary) to support our team with day-to-day operations, client coordination, and project support. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, solid communication, and a collaborative mindset.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers—handling installation, service, billing, data support, false alarm research, monitoring, and technical inquiries

• Support project management for national accounts, coordinating with contracted colleagues and subcontractors

• Assist with sales support, including RFPs/proposals and administrative coordination

• Maintain the Client Project Dashboard, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely updates

• Assign incoming requests to appropriate team members and ensure ownership

• Proactively escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution

• Address and correct database errors, delegating tasks as needed for quick resolution

• Maintain and protect company assets

• Uphold professional conduct and appearance at all times

• Accurately and promptly maintain records and documentation

• Work flexible hours, including outside of typical business hours as required

• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment

• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times

✅ Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Additional education (2-year or 4-year degree) strongly preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office and business systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
