Ready to start your career in manufacturing? We're looking for a dependable Production Operator – Material Handler to join our team in a hands-on role working with food-grade powder production. You’ll operate equipment, package product, and keep everything clean and safe—all while working closely with a team of 3–4 people in a supportive environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Work with your team to operate a food spray dryer and produce food powders

• Handle and package powdered food materials

• Maintain clean and sanitary equipment—following strict food safety standards

• Follow production procedures and meet all safety and quality requirements

• Lift and carry materials (up to 75 lbs lift / 50 lbs carry) as needed

• Stay on your feet—standing for up to 3 hours and walking for 9+ hours

• Support other team members to ensure smooth production flow

🕒 Shifts Available (12-Hour Shifts):

Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM

2-2-3 Rotating Schedule:

• Week 1: Mon–Tues ON | Weds–Thurs OFF | Fri–Sun ON

• Week 2: Mon–Tues OFF | Weds–Thurs ON | Fri–Sun OFF
