Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Quality Control/Battery Gaugers for a leading battery manufacturing facility in St. Joseph.

Looking for an opportunity to gain experience inside a major production plant? This position is a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Please note: This assignment is long-term temporary and is not expected to convert directly into a permanent position. However, it can help you gain valuable plant experience, establish a strong work record, and learn about other opportunities that may become available within the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and count batteries on production lines and skids
• Measure and gauge products to verify size and quality specifications
• Apply labels and stickers for identification and tracking
• Accurately record inspection results, product counts, and measurements
• Identify and report products that do not meet quality standards
• Support the quality team in maintaining consistent production standards
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Basic counting, measuring, and documentation skills
