Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Groundskeeper position for a local Sherman, TX company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general groundskeeping duties (sweeping, trash removal, yard maintenance, etc.)
Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including touch-up painting
Lift, bend, reach, and move materials as needed
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Able to lift, bend, and be physically active throughout the day
Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
A team player with a positive attitude
Previous general labor or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
