Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for unloading incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and is committed to showing up each day ready to contribute to the team. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming trucks and stock products in designated warehouse locations
• Read and interpret pick sheets to accurately pull and prepare orders
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow written instructions and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties to support daily operations
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude with excellent reliability and attendance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting throughout the shift
• Regular lifting of materials up to 10 lbs.
• Some heavier items may be handled, but assistance or equipment will be provided when necessary

·         Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm
