CNC Machinist
Up to $40/hour, depending on experience

We’re partnering with two highly respected precision-manufacturing facilities in Spokane that are looking to add skilled CNC Machinists to their teams. If you’re experienced with CNC mills, lathes, or both (and you enjoy producing high-quality work in a clean, organized environment) this is a great opportunity!

Schedule Options: 5×8s, 4×10s, 3×12s
Shifts: Day, Swing, or Graveyard

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and machine adjustments
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and tight-tolerance specifications
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and production efficiency
• Work collaboratively with machinists, programmers, and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous CNC machining experience (set-up or operator level)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and willingness to learn new processes
• Experience with multi-axis machines or tight-tolerance work is a plus
