Express Employment is currently looking for 1 Commercial Lines Account Manager Assistant for our client in West Springfield, MA.

 

Our clients small insurance agency is dedicated to providing personalized and reliable insurance solutions to the community. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Lines Account Manager Assistant . If you are passionate about customer service and have experience in commercial insurance, we would love to hear from you!

• $22-$25/hr
• Part-time 20 hours per week with possibility for full-time! 
• This is an evaluation to hire position

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Commercial Lines Account Managers with daily tasks, including policy administration and client communications.
•  Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Prepare insurance documents, certificates of insurance, and policy binders.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
•  Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with policy questions and billing issues.
•  Support the quoting process by gathering information and assisting with policy comparisons.
•  Monitor renewal processes to ensure timely and accurate renewals.
•  Assist with claims processing and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office support as needed.
  
  
   Qualifications:
•  Previous experience in commercial insurance or insurance support roles is preferred.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•  Familiarity with agency management software Applied Epic is a plus.
•  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
•  Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
