E-Commerce Order Processor

Located in Clearwater, FL

Salary: 16.00-18.00

Clearwater Company is looking for an order processor to join their team!

 

Provide excellent customer service over the phone or in person

answering customer questions regarding product details, availability, and other inquiries.
· Assist walk-in retail customers, helping with product selection and general
inquiries.
· Print and process orders, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
· Cross-check shipping labels and other relevant documents to verify accuracy

 before shipping.
· Handle sales and customer service for orders placed, ensuring customers are
satisfied with their purchase experience. · Assist with uploading products and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms as needed.

 · Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

 · Monitor live chats on the website, assisting customers with immediate needs.
· Track customer feedback and inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively

Full Time Monday-Friday 

8-4:30pm
