We are hiring an experienced Night Shift Shift Leader for a well-established grocery store in Rosemary Beach, FL.

This is a full-time, overnight position that offers weekly pay and an opportunity to start work immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead overnight crew during the 10 PM to 7 AM shift

• Ensure nightly store operations are completed efficiently and accurately

• Assign tasks, create shift schedules, and manage breaks

• Provide bilingual support to staff and customers (Spanish & English)

• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking, and safety protocols

• Report shift progress and any issues to store management

• Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English

• Proven leadership or shift supervisor experience

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Ability to work nights and weekends is required

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
