As our team grows, we’re seeking professional and outgoing canvassers to help build connections with property decision-makers and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel using your personal vehicle to target areas and commercial zones across the Twin Cities metro

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to commercial and multifamily properties

• Speak with property managers, business owners, and maintenance leads to introduce our services

• Educate potential clients about our landscape design, routine maintenance, snow/ice services, and irrigation solutions

• Set up on-site consultations or walkthroughs for the sales team with interested contacts

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity

• Track and report canvassing activities daily: number of contacts made, leads generated, feedback, etc.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and accurate communication

• Handle objections or questions from prospective clients with confidence and professionalism

• Follow all company canvassing procedures and uphold our high customer service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with business professionals

• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

• Ability to walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions

• Previous experience in canvassing, B2B sales, or customer outreach preferred, would be a perk yet not necessary

• Familiarity with landscaping, property maintenance, or commercial property services a big plus
