Human Resource Assistant needed in Red Bluff, CA.

 

*Pay starts at $20.00+/hour DOE

 

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Assistant:

• Maintenance of employee records and personnel documents
• Recruiting new employees
• Updating job descriptions
• Answering benefit questions and handling personnel related issues

Requirements of the Human Resource Assistant:

• Previous Human Resources experience and/or education
• Knowledge of Federal HR guidelines is extremely helpful
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Pre-employment Drug Screen and Livescan background check
• Full-time, day shift position working Monday through Friday
