Production Operator

We are searching for a production operator that can work in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 2pm-10pm/ Sunday- Thursday 10pm-6am

Payrate: $16- $16.50

The Production Operator is responsible for:

·       Operates a variety of production machines

·       Follows written work instructions and operator inspection sheets to determine production requirements and part specifications

·       Monitor production machinery for proper operation; troubleshoot and/or report problems to supervisor

·       Inspects parts visually for quality defects, such as open welds / part length and appearance (dents, scratches, burs, etc.)

·       Performs routine and preventive maintenance on production machines

·       Packs production parts

·       Keeps work area clean and orderly

·       Operates production machines in accordance with MIOSHA standards and Company procedures by using required safety equipment such as safety glasses / shoes, earplugs, sleeves, gloves, etc.

·       Other job duties / functions may be assigned

Qualifications:

·       At least 6 mos of manufacturing experience required.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
