Responsibilities of the Employment Specialist:

• Interviewing, screening and testing applicants
• Recruiting, hiring, and assigning associates
• Heavy Customer Service
• Making inside sales calls to build relationships with existing and new clients
• Verbal and written communication

Requirements of the Employment Specialist:

• Thrive in a fast-pace environment
• Have a strong desire to help applicants and companies to succeed
• Positive, friendly and upbeat attitude
• Computer Knowledge with strong typing/data entry skills (35+ wpm typing speed)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
• Pay starts at $39,520/year with an incentive program and benefits
