Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings in accordance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.

• Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.

• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.

• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure.

• Ensure all work meets relevant building codes and safety standards.

• Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and clients as needed.

• Keep accurate records of time spent, materials used, and work completed.

• Provide estimates for plumbing work and materials.

• Respond to plumbing emergencies, including evenings or weekends if on-call.

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license (state-specific, e.g., Journeyman or Master Plumber).

• High school diploma or GED; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program.

• Proven experience as a licensed plumber.

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and safety protocols.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Physical strength and dexterity to handle tools and work in various positions.
