Bilingual Counter Sales Representative

Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to join a local Omaha company. 

Position Details:
•    Type: Full time
•    Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday 
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $20/hour

Job Duties:
•    Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
•    Assist customers with their inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
•    Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
•    Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and retail area.
•    Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience.
•    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
•    Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    Previous experience in Counter Sales is preferred.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
•    Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
•    Ability to build rapport with customers as to enhance referral and sales targets.
