Salary: $18 - $20/ hr

We are seeking a hands-on Inventory/Clerical Clerk to support operations at our Spokane facility. This is a physically active role that requires accurate inventory tracking in a large, dynamic warehouse setting. Lumber experience is a must. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working indoors and outdoors (in varying weather), and confident using basic office software.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position—it requires walking the facility, conducting manual counts, and maintaining accurate records. A solid grasp of basic math is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on inventory counts throughout a large facility

• Walk through designated areas to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel and other Office applications

• Communicate findings via email and reports as needed

• Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Assist with clerical duties related to inventory and stock control

Requirements:

• Lumber industry experience is required

• Proven ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, count accurately)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

• Comfortable working on your feet, walking large areas, and being outdoors in inclement weather

• Ability to wear durable, weather-appropriate clothing (this is a hands-on, non-corporate environment)
