Inventory Control Associate
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, subject to change)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory tracking

• Receive and count incoming merchandise, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage

• Organize stock, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, orderly storage areas

• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead

• Assist customers on the sales floor by locating products and providing helpful support

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous inventory control or stockroom experience preferred

• Comfortable with physical work including lifting and manual labor

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Customer-focused attitude and good communication skills
