Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Compound Operator position for a local Sherman, TX company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and adjust formulas during the chemical mixing process
Sample and test compounds to ensure consistency and quality
Assist with general production needs and workflow
Maintain accurate records through computer-based data entry
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
Manufacturing experience required
Prior compounding experience is a major plus
Comfortable working with chemicals and industrial equipment
Strong computer skills and attention to detail for data entry
Ability to follow written instructions and batch records
Must be reliable, organized, and safety-conscious
