Grinding Machine Operator – Machine Shop
Location: Oxnard, CA
Start Date: Needed by MayCompensation: $18-$25.00 (Depends on Experience)
An established grinding machine shop in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Grinding Operator with experience in surface or blanchard grinding. We’re also open to training candidates who have worked in a machine shop environment and are eager to learn.
Job Details:
Operate manual grinding machines (surface or blanchard)
Read and interpret precise measurements using a micrometer
Maintain high attention to detail and meet quality standards
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
Requirements:
Machine shop experience required
Manual grinding experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to read and use a micrometer
Dependable with a strong work ethic
