Salary: $60,000-$80,000/yr DOE+

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is now hiring for an Outside Sales position at a local company based out of Lacey, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000-$80,000/hr DOE + Commissions. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

 

 

Job Duties:

• Make outbound sales calls from lists generated from ZoomInfo for B2B sales.
• Conduct demos of the LDP platform to potential clients.
• Close deals with large volume customers.
• Cultivate relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide support to customers encountering website issues by forwarding them to the support team.
• Maintain relationships with large accounts to coordinate renewals.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.
• Track and report on sales activities and results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct product demos and presentations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Any prior experience in any insurance field OR SaaS company would be a bonus
