Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone with account inquiries, updates, and support

• Process account changes accurately and maintain up-to-date records

• Collect payments and manage account-related transactions

• Perform general clerical duties to support the office team

• Provide excellent service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must meet background and drug screening requirements

• At least 6 months of previous customer service or clerical experience preferred

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
