**Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician**  
**Springfield, OH | Up to $28/hour | Direct Hire | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM**

Tired of the same four walls every day?  
We’re looking for a road-ready, hands-on technician who loves fixing real industrial equipment at customer sites across the region. If you can troubleshoot a motor control circuit one hour and rebuild a gearbox the next, this is your job.

**What You’ll Do**
- Install, diagnose, and repair industrial motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, transformers, and switchgear  
- Run tests, pull data, find the root cause, and get it running right—the first time  
- Work directly with customers: explain the problem, fix it, leave them happy  
- Load, unload, and haul tools/parts (up to 50 lbs) in the company van  
- Drive to different plants and facilities—no two days the same  

**What You Bring**
- 3–5 years of real electro-mechanical field or shop experience  
- Strong electrical skills (480V three-phase, motor controls, troubleshooting to the component level)  
- Solid mechanical skills (bearings, alignment, seals, couplings)  
- Comfortable using meters, megger, laptops, and diagnostic tools  
- Clean driving record (company van provided)  
- Great with customers—professional, clear, and reliable  
- Can climb ladders, crawl under machines, and work in industrial environments  
- Trade school, certification, or apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical/industrial maintenance  
- Prior field service or traveling tech experience
