Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $20+/hour DOE
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC/manual machines to produce high-precision components. You’ll work Monday through Thursday to support our efficient production schedule and help deliver top-quality parts on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations.

• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).

• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and ensure parts meet specifications.

• Perform quality checks using appropriate measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues or improvement ideas.

Qualifications:

• Prior machinist experience (CNC or manual) producing precision parts.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working Monday-Thursday 6am to 4pm.
