We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician /Service Manager with heavy commercial background to lead our client's team of technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Industry HVAC background- Install and maintain HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the industry.
• Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in HVAC service and installation
• Prior management expereince is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Familiarity with schematics and identifying equipment and /or replacement HVAC needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
