Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join a local company in Stockton, CA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting their brand, driving online engagement, and improving their digital presence through various marketing channels. You will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing websites, and handling all aspects of social media marketing and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital/Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Website Optimization: Analyze and improve the performance, speed, and functionality of the company website, ensuring it meets best practices for user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, drive conversions, and build customer loyalty.
• FB & Google Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to ensure effective targeting and ROI.
• Branding Campaigns: Design and implement effective branding strategies to promote brand identity and drive visibility across all digital channels.
• Website Improvement: Work with the web development team to continuously improve website design, content, and user experience.
• Graphic Design (Flyers): Design visually appealing flyers and digital assets for promotions, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization best practices.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Strong graphic design skills (Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis to improve marketing performance.
