Industrial Electrical Maintenance Worker
Location: Pine Bluff, AR Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Maintenance Worker to support the electrical maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Pine Bluff. This position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems.
Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and work with 480V 3-phase systems and 120V control systems
Diagnose issues with motors, wiring, switches, and control panels
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently
Maintain documentation of repairs and service records
Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes
Proven industrial electrical maintenance experience
Strong understanding of 480V and 120V systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with PLCs is a plus
Must be reliable and able to work independently
