Front Desk Associate

Located in Beaver Dam, WI

Salary: $19/hr

We are looking for a customer service specialist in Beaver Dam! This organization is a non-profit that works with the community and provides resources to prevent and alleviate energy-related emergencies. In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the overall delivery of existing, recurring and new emergency energy assistance programs. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: $17-19/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00, hours will increase in October through March to include some Saturday mornings.

Work includes:

• Answer client questions and provide customer service on the phone
• Help complete application documents
• Review completed forms and enter data accurately
