We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. This is a direct hire position with full benefits. Salary $45K to $55K.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside warehouse manager to supervise drivers and check in all trucks at the end of the day.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory management
• Abide by warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise promptly
• Wait for all trucks to come back at night.
• Load trucks for the next day’s deliveries.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar managerial role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in logistics, distribution center operations, and warehouse management systems
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate a forklift safely
